Description
1950's Ideal BETSY WETSY doll WRIST hang TAGThis listing is for an exact color REPRODUCTION of the original wrist hang tag for the BETSY WETSY doll made by the Ideal doll company in the 1950's.   This tag came in the box with every early Betsy Wetsy, with the hard plastic head.  There are 6 other tags that go with other versions of Betsy Wetsy dolls. There is printing on both sides of this tag with a photo of Betsy on the front. The back side of this tag just shows drawings of Betsy being bathed, drinking, weeping, cooing and of course wetting and sleeping.    This tag is made on professional acid free card stock.  This tag is historically accurate ( the same size, shape, color, etc. of my original tag).   I have added a photo of some Betsy Wetsy dolls with hard plastic heads for your reference.  (DOLLS are NOT for Sale).    This is a great reference or replacement item for your doll collection.
Please email if you have any questions, as I have spent many years collecting and researching doll historical items.    This information I will be putting in book form in the near future.   Please click on my user id for more information on My World page.
