Fine Rare Antique Chinese Silk Fan Case/Holder Dragon Design

Listed here is a fine and rare Chinese embroidery fan case/holder. This fan case is embroidered in a very tiny counted stitch on gauze. The design of large dragons on each side is very uncommon. It’s in very fine condition with brilliant colors. There are two small losses at the top on one side, please see the photos . The painted coral color wood beads are in good condition. The dragons have 4 claws indicating a possibly early date. Very fine gold metallic threads are used on the body of the dragon and display well. The bottom of the case is intact.
