    Description

    This map is from a survey done 04/21/1991, the map was created in 12/1991. This is a fascinating piece of history for the Civil war enthusiast. It shows all the entrenchments of the Confederates as the Union army tried to breach the line across the Chattahoochee and ShallowFord. I think the photos I show will tell you more than I can say. I obtained this from an estate and cannot find another like it. It would be great framed but it is rather large about 30 x 36 inches. This map shows all the rifle pit locations of both armies and existing entrenchments as well as those no longer in existence because of current buildings. This map is of an area of Roswell along Shallow Ford Rd. This map chronicles the events from 05/1864 to 09/1864. To ship it, I will gently roll it into a mailing tube.
