Never used, new (but pre-owned), never removed from package insert, toy that has been in storage.
The box's glue is not holding the clear packaging on, it has been taped with Scotch Magic Tape Removable tape so you can re-glue if you would like.  The box does have some signs of storage as seen in the pictures to super size.
