Qing Dynasty 19th Century Buzi - Silver Pheasant 5th Civil Rank Badge w/ Frame

A beautiful Qing Dynasty Rank badge from the mid to late 19th century. There is an image depicting a sliver Pheasant, which would indicate the wearer was of the 5th Civil Rank. You can also see flowers, clouds, and trees depicted. On the back of the piece in the top right corner, you can see lettering printed.
Overall, the piece is in good condition, which is also consistent with the age of the piece. Please look at all of the pictures. There are a couple of places where the stitching has come loose along the edges, and the fabric has discoloration.
The piece comes with a frame that is made of wood and missing a few tabs to hold the back cover on, but it's still secure. The glass on the frame needs to be cleaned and has a couple of light scratches.
There was a Chinese newspaper page between the frame and the badge when I found this, so I will be leaving it with the piece inside the frame.
The rank badge measures roughly 8"x 9", and the frame is 11 3/4" x 10 7/8"
