This is a riotously colorful, circa 1985, Picnic Bag that Frito-Lay produced to advertise Lays, Ruffles and O'Grady's during the summer (beach) months.  You might remember Au Gratin O"Gradys which were a thicker version of Ruffles that Frito-Lay introduced in 1984.  They were discontinued by the end of the decade, but we sold a lot of them for a while.
The picnic bag has a section on the bottom that can be used as a cooler...it is insulated.  The top of the bag has a section for plates, cups and utensils.  The plates, cups and utensils are included (four of each), still wrapped in celophane and the original plastic.  The bag has straps, so you could use it as a backpack.
This was never used. Still has the original cardboard inside. It has sat in my closet since 1985.  It's about as perfect as a 32 year old picnic bag could be.
It stands about 19" high and has a diameter of10"x tall.  The 'cooler' section is about 12" x10".  The plates are also 10" across.
I will ship this flat to save you some money on shipping (I'll take out the cardboard inside and pack it laying down).  I take great care in packing your item to ensure it arrives to you safely.
