I'm not an expert on Chinese embroidery but definitely a fan. If we have had prior lives I definitely lived in China and had something to do with embroidery. This looks like a wallet that folds and hangs over a belt. Has an opening with green decorative stitching and on the bottom are different plants and flowers. On the other side are butterflies. This is double sided and could be worn on either side. Folded this is 6 by 3 1/2 inches and open it is 12 inches by 3 1/2 inches.
