    Description

    Cinco Colones from Costa Rica. Dated 2 de abril de 1986. The real potential in this bill is the autograph. It’s in blue to the side of the seals on the front. I thought it was native to the bill until I looked up others from this year. I can’t make it the autograph, it may be significant!
