VINTAGE - RARE - 11 inch PRE-PATENT tiny tears DOLL

Betsy wetsy  .she has tear holes by her eyes.   hard plastic head   very few head paint rubs.  has all her lashes   one eye sets  back a tiny bit when she is laid down  no damage to the head   but it is odd shaped   it has a slight raise  on the top    kinda like a bump/slope    looks like a mold flaw?
no markings on the head at all    I have been told this is a prototype head    pre-patent     11 1/2 inch
the vinyl body is soft vinyl   not hard   she squeeks  really easy  when pushed.      there are mold flaws in this body as shown. in back by  the neck area is a bubble  bump and in the front there are a couple dents     both   areas  look like mold flaws
Wears   what might be    original dress with matching bonnet  needs soaked. she has on original undershirt
