    or sale is a COMMUNITY PLATE VINTAGE FLATWARE SILVERWARE STORAGE BOX CHEST for sterling, silver plate. My item #B. This holds service for 6 plus serving pieces. There are 6 knife slots on the inside bar. The bar is movable to adjust to your handle size.  T
    his storage chest has been well loved. It could use a new finish on the top. On the inside of the lid, is a Victorian lady holding a bird and bird cage. Part of the latch is missing. This box has a greenish brown color exterior and a tan satin interior. What a great way to pass the family silver down to the next generation. This measures 13 3/4" X 10 3/4" X 3 1/4" tall. There are light normal wear marks. A lovely and sturdy case. This comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
